The PFEP seeks accurate and regulated inventory reductions for every purchased component to make any company’s material handling operation smoother and more open to improvement. Some companies have even seen a 50% inventory reduction after adopting PFEP. As organizations make and adopt a PFEP approach, they find those earlier ways to handle materials are outdated and more inefficient.
