This study investigates factors impacting the adoption of Quality 4.0 technologies by quality professionals in high-tech industries using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The findings highlight that perceived ease of use significantly influences professionals’ attitudes and behavioral intentions toward these technologies, emphasizing the need for confidence-building measures like targeted training and consulting support. These resources enable professionals to navigate Quality 4.0 technologies effectively, increasing their likelihood of adoption and utilization.

Survey results show that when professionals perceive technologies as easy to use, they develop positive attitudes and spontaneous behavioral intentions toward adoption. The study recommends providing comprehensive education tailored to specific technologies and practical applications to enhance user confidence. This approach can strengthen professionals’ interest in and readiness for adopting advanced tools like cloud computing, IoT, and robotics, ensuring a smoother integration process within high-tech companies.

While the research focuses on core TAM variables like perceived usefulness and ease of use, it acknowledges limitations, including the exclusion of additional factors like individual innovativeness or resistance to technological change. Future research should explore these dimensions and the specific impact of demographic factors and distinct Quality 4.0 technologies to offer a more detailed understanding of adoption behaviors in high-tech industries.
