Why should you attend?
The ISO 9001 Foundations training course is designed to span two days and concentrate on quality concepts, quality management, and ISO 9001 requirements for a QMS. Throughout the course, participants will become familiar with the different facets of a QMS based on ISO 9001, including the responsibilities of top management, identification and management of risks and opportunities, quality policy, product and service provision process requirements, performance evaluation requirements, and the importance of continual improvement.
After completing this training course, you will have the opportunity to take the exam. Upon passing the exam, you will be eligible to apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 9001 Lead Implementer” credential. This internationally recognized certificate, accredited by UKAS, verifies your competence to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.

- The training course will provide participants with course materials containing more than 200 pages of practical examples and information.
- Participants who attend the training course will receive a course completion attestation that is valued at 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits.
- In the event of exam failure, participants can retake the exam once within 12 months at no extra cost.
